About Lisa
With 20 years as a Registered Dietitian, I bring clinical care, sports nutrition, corporate wellness, and time in long-term care and rehab centers into patient-centered outcomes. I hold a B.S. and M.S. in Dietetics, including research and teaching internships, and I practice as a RD and LDN. Outside of work you'll find me at family trivia and game nights, walking or dancing for fun, and helping people live to their greatest potential. I'm passionate about helping you help yourself!
Approach to care
Evidence guides the recommendations I offer, and learning is part of every visit. I combine science-based strategies with a warm, non-judgmental attitude so we'll build practical, sustainable habits together. My style is fun yet I am direct and action-oriented, with clear steps and educational tools to boost confidence and accountability. I honor health at every size, treat the whole person, and focus on lasting change that fits your life rather than quick fixes.
Your first session with Lisa
We begin by talking through your story, routines, wins, and frustrations in a relaxed, non-judgmental setting where you don't need to have all the answers. Together we'll establish short-term, achievable goals and expect to have some fun while doing it. You'll leave with clear, practical next steps, gentle accountability, and a plan focused on sustainable habits that fit your daily life.
