Nutrition has felt like both a curiosity and a compass for me since earning my MS in Nutrition and Science. I bring four years of experience as an RD and LDN, having worked in clinical hospital settings, private practice, and corporate wellness. I enjoy staying active, spending time with my family, and exploring creative projects, especially photography. Those everyday moments inform how I help patients find realistic, enjoyable ways to care for themselves.

Our conversations will be judgment-free and educational, with clear action steps you can try between visits. Your first session with Lisa
Expect a calm, supportive conversation where we'll review your medical history and any available lab work or biometrics, and take a deep dive into your relationship with food. You don't need to have everything figured out. Together we'll identify one or two short-term, realistic goals and outline practical steps you can start using right away, focusing on small sustainable habits rather than restrictive rules.
