About Lisa

I am Lisa Martin a registered dietitian with a Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, and I am also a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I have four children, four dogs, and a supportive husband. I competed in swimming during college and still enjoy it in my spare time. I used to run and compete in triathlons, but now I prefer taking exercise classes at the local YMCA. When I'm not walking my dogs, you can find me in my garden, growing microgreens and sprouts. I became a dietitian after I needed guidance from one when I was younger. I believe that everyone can benefit from help and support at some point in their lives, and I would love to be that person for you.
