Lisa is a registered dietitian nutritionist, certified intuitive eating counselor, personal trainer, and yoga instructor who combines her love for nutrition and movement to help clients reach their unique goals. Her lively and friendly approach will inspire you to ask questions, develop small sustainable habits, and rediscover the joy in food and movement. Lisa can relate to many of your struggles and meet you where you are in your health journey, without judgment.

Lisa practices a non-diet, weight-neutral approach while using intuitive eating principles to cover all aspects of health and wellness. She believes in supporting her clients with gentle accountability, education, and the strategies needed to apply the new knowledge to real-life experiences. Your first session with Lisa

Lisa enjoys getting to know her patients and discovering the root cause of the issue. During your first session, she will take time to learn about you and what you’ve tried in the past (what has worked and what hasn't). Lisa will ask questions about your current eating habits and nutrition beliefs so she can work with you to develop a plan for future sessions.
