About Lisa
Hello and welcome to Nourish! I am excited to meet with you! Prior to joining the Nourish team, I earned my bachelor’s degree in dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado. After graduating, I went on to work in clinical pediatrics. While working in pediatrics, I went on to complete a comprehensive postgraduate dietetic internship through Bowling Green State University where I ultimately earned my RDN and a master’s certificate in human food and nutrition.
Approach to care
I wholeheartedly believe that healthier choices play a vast role in disease prevention, physical performance, and a person's overall success in life. I use an approach that encourages people to strive for progress and not perfection. I will meet you where you are at in your nutrition and health journey.
Your first session with Lisa
During our first session, we will get to know each other and then dive into your nutrition related concerns. By the end of our meeting, we will come up with a plan together that will specifically work for you. At the end of our meeting, we will set up a time for a follow up. This is where we will discuss your progress towards your goals.
