With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, I've had the privilege of helping people of all ages and walks of life build healthier, more balanced relationships with food. My career has given me the opportunity to work with a wide range of conditions - from everyday nutrition concerns to complex health needs - allowing me to create personalized, practical plans that truly fit each client's lifestyle.

Your first session with Lisa
We will take the time to get to know each other, I'll ask about your health history, daily routines, food preferences and most importantly - your goals. My focus is on understanding where you are right now so we can build a plan that feels realistic and sustainable for your life. I believe in a "meeting you where you are" philosophy. That means that I won't ask you to overhaul everything at once or fit into a rigid plan. Instead, we will work together to set achievable steps that support your health and well-being while fitting into your lifestyle. By the end of our first session you'll leave with a clear direction and the reassurance that you don't have to do this alone.
