About Liv

HI! I'm a licensed and registered dietitian living in the Philadelphia area with my husband and two rambunctious kiddos. I earned my Masters in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Teachers College at Columbia University and completed my dietetic internship (many years ago!) at numerous clinical and community settings. I see clients across the life cycle, working with children, families and adults. I love how my experience with clients across the ages informs my approach, especially as it relates to our relationship with food.

Approach to care

I believe dietitians bring a blend of nutrition science ("what to eat") and behavior science ("how to eat") that places us a unique and vital role in the healthcare system. My approach is to meet the client where they are at and build upon this foundation. I will listen with empathy and support your goals through collaborative treatment plans designed to anchor small steps into lasting habits. I encourage people to eat with joy and neutrality and to incorporate some kind movement that makes you happy!

Your first session with Liv

In the first session, we will address your health and wellness concerns and outline a plan that works towards your lifestyle goals. Whether it is GI distress, abnormal lab results, disordered eating or simply navigating through misguided media advice, I am eager to be a resource and to help cultivate a nourishing, sustainable and enjoyable eating environment for you.
