About Liz
Hello! Welcome to my page. I'm a registered dietitian who combines my education, experience and passion for health, nutrition, and fitness with a genuine love of helping people feel their best. I utilize simple, evidence-based approaches to support a wide range of goals -- from improving weight related concerns, cholesterol and blood sugar levels, to enhancing athletic performance or simply feeling healthier and more confident day to day. Rather than relying on rigid or one-size-fits-all plans, I focus of helping you understand your body, your habits, and your unique needs to you can make changes that actually fit your life. I am empathetic, open-minded and committed to empowering you with the knowledge and tools needed to create lasting progress.
Approach to care
Through individualized support, I help you build a healthy relationship with food and establish realistic, sustainable habits. My approach is flexible and non-restrictive, rooted in the belief that all foods fit and that long-term success comes from consistency, not perfection.
Your first session with Liz
During our first session, we will take time to discuss your health history, lifestyle, goals and any concerns you have around food, weight and overall health. We'll review a diet recall to better understand your current eating patterns, food preferences and daily routines. From there, we'll identify key focus areas and begin developing realistic, sustainable strategies to support your goals.

Education
I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition at the University of Illinois at Chicago and my Masters of Business Administration at Dominican University where I completed my dietetic studies.
Hobbies
Outside of work I love spending time with my family, husband and three children. I enjoy hiking, practicing and teaching yoga, creating jewelry, dancing, or testing out a new recipe in the kitchen!
