About Liz
I hold a Bachelorâs degree in Dietetics from Olivet Nazarene University and a Masterâs in Nutrition Science from Kent State University, providing a strong foundation for my work as a Registered Dietitian and Certified Lactation Counselor. I specialize in pediatric nutrition, tube feeding, and pediatric feeding disorders. I work with children with a variety of medical conditions including Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and Autism. My goal is to make nutrition approachableâwhether managing growth concerns, infant nutrition guidance, picky eating, tube weaning, or overall health. I also support mothers in reaching breastfeeding goals with compassionate, personalized guidance. Beyond pediatrics, I help adults manage conditions like heart disease and weight concerns through sustainable, realistic interventions. At the heart of my work is a commitment to empowering individuals and families to feel confident and supported.
Approach to care
My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices tailored to each individualâs unique needs and goals. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel supported and motivated to improve your health in ways that are sustainable and meaningful. I emphasize intuitive eating and weight-neutral principles, helping you and your family build a positive relationship with food while focusing on overall well-being. When working with children and families, my goal is not only to improve your childâs nutritional status but also to reduce stress around mealtimes and foster positive, enjoyable experiences with food. For pre- and postpartum mothers, I aim to ensure you feel nourished, confident, and cared for during one of lifeâs most challengingâand rewardingâchapters.
