About Liz

I’m a Registered Dietitian with over 25 years of experience helping adults improve their health through evidence-based, realistic nutrition care. I know that managing weight, chronic conditions, or changes that come with aging and menopause can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make nutrition feel supportive, practical, and achievable. I specialize in weight management, heart health, diabetes and pre-diabetes, kidney and liver disease, nutrition and aging, and older women’s health, including menopause. I work with clients who want clear guidance, compassionate support, and strategies that fit real life — not extremes or one-size-fits-all plans.

Approach to care

My approach to care is supportive and practical, grounded in strong clinical knowledge and real-life experience. I focus on understanding the whole picture — your health history, labs, medications, lifestyle, preferences, and goals — so we can create a plan that truly works for you. I use evidence-based strategies and collaborative goal-setting to help clients build sustainable habits over time. Rather than focusing on perfection, we work on realistic changes, problem-solving challenges as they come up, and developing skills you can use for a lifetime. I believe nutrition care works best as an ongoing partnership, not a quick fix.

Your first session with Liz

Your first session is one hour and is focused on getting to know each other. We’ll spend time reviewing your health history, current concerns, goals, and daily routines. This is a conversation — there’s no judgment and no pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll identify priorities and begin building a personalized plan. Follow-up sessions focus on learning new skills, adjusting strategies, and supporting progress over time. My goal is to help you feel confident, supported, and equipped as we work toward lasting improvements in your health.
