About Logan
Hi! I’m Logan — a registered dietitian who believes food should feel grounding, joyful, and supportive of your whole life. My approach is warm, practical, and rooted in the idea that you don’t need restriction to feel your best. Before becoming an RD, I studied environmental health and fell in love with understanding how our daily environments — from the foods we choose to the products we use — impact how we feel. I bring those principles into my work for anyone who’s curious, helping you create a lifestyle that feels nourishing from every angle. I specialize in digestive health, women’s health, and building simple habits that make eating well feel natural and sustainable. My goal is to help you feel more connected to your body, more confident in your choices, and supported through every step of the process.
Approach to care
My mission is to help you reach your health goals without giving up the foods or rituals you love. Nutrition should feel expansive, not limiting — full of flavor, comfort, and flexibility. I’m a big believer in realistic swaps, gentle structure, and building small habits over time that create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is collaborative and compassion-forward. You’re the expert on your body, and I’m here to help make sense of the patterns, ease the stress, and guide you toward balance. Together, we’ll create a plan that supports both your wellbeing and your joy — whether that means honoring cravings, simplifying your routines, or improving digestive comfort without restriction.
Your first session with Logan
Your first session will feel like a conversation — spacious, supportive, and all about understanding you. We’ll talk about your lifestyle, routines, symptoms, preferences, stressors, and anything else that shapes your relationship with food. From there, we’ll identify what’s not working, clarify what you hope will improve, and create a few clear, doable steps to help you get there. You’ll leave with a personalized plan, realistic goals, and a sense of relief knowing you don’t have to navigate this on your own. My aim is for you to feel hopeful, grounded, and genuinely excited about the changes ahead!
