About Logan

Logan has been a Registered Dietitian since 2021 & became interested in Nutrition in early adolescents when she started lifting weights. She thought it was so fascinating how our diet contributed to changes in our health as well as progress in muscle growth/retention. After graduating, she grew a passion for helping individuals strive for a healthier relationship with food while also reaching health related goals without restriction or dieting. She has experience in a variety of health concerns such as gut health, diabetes, cholesterol management, relationship with food, ADHD, sports nutrition & more.

Approach to care

Logan's approach to nutrition care is holistic; She focuses on problem solving and uncovering connections of symptoms and health conditions to find the root cause of patients' health concerns. It is important for her to create a safe space where patients feel comfortable and heard. Logan's goal is to meet you where you are now and come up with realistic, attainable goals that fit your lifestyle and needs. We are all human; it is important for you to love what you are eating while still nourishing and honoring your body.
