About Loree

Hi, I’m Loree, a registered dietitian with a passion for helping people feel their best through personalized nutrition. Over the past 14 years, I’ve worked in a variety of clinical settings, from the fast-paced environment of a gastrointestinal ICU to supporting patients in outpatient cancer care, cancer survivorship, and weight management. But my experience isn’t just professional, it’s deeply personal. As a mom to two amazing kids with complex dietary needs, I’ve lived the day to day challenges of navigating nutrition in real life. That journey has given me a unique perspective and a deep sense of empathy for others trying to make meaningful lifestyle changes. Now, through Nourish, I’m excited to connect with patients wherever they are. Whether you're managing a medical condition or simply trying to eat better and feel stronger, I’m here to support you with practical, compassionate, and evidence-based guidance.

Approach to care

I believe that nutrition care should be as individual as the person receiving it. My approach is rooted in listening first, understanding your unique story, goals, and challenges so we can build a plan that fits your life, not the other way around. I combine clinical expertise with real world practicality, offering evidence-based guidance that’s flexible, realistic, and sustainable. Whether we’re working through complex medical issues or everyday nutrition habits, I aim to create a space that’s supportive, non-judgmental, and empowering because meaningful change starts with feeling heard and understood.

Your first session with Loree

During our first session, I’ll take time to get a full picture of you, not just your lab results or diagnosis, but your day-to-day experiences, routines, preferences, and goals. We’ll review your medical history, current medications, relevant lab work, and any symptoms or concerns you’re experiencing. I’ll also ask about your relationship with food, past nutrition experiences, and what’s worked (or hasn’t) for you in the past. Most importantly, I’ll listen to your story, your unique nutrition journey, so we can build a plan that honors your needs and feels truly doable.
