About Lori
Lori's beloved career was the result of a personality test the was recommended by my advisor when I return to college at 28. Lori has over seven years as a Dietitian plus five years as a Public Health Nutritionist (13 total). Lori's background is in Womenâs Health, Weight management, Renal, Heart Disease, Food allergies/intolerance/sensitivity, Diabetic Management. Lori has personal experience of having to change the go to foods in her house. This was because of the change in her health and her son's health. The knowledge gained from researching what impacts different food had on the body, then changing what we ate significantly improved our health.
Approach to care
You will hear the joy in Lori's voice when she shares what steps you can take to have improved health through food choices. Lori uses the whole-body approach with science backed nutrition information.
