About Me: Lori Montaigue, MA, RD Hi, my name is Lori Montaigue, a registered dietitian nutritionist with a passion for integrative and functional nutrition. I believe that food is a powerful tool for healing and that small, sustainable lifestyle changes can lead to lasting wellness. My mission is to help clients take control of their health through personalized nutrition counseling that supports both physical and emotional well-being.

Your first session with Lori
In Your First Appointment: In our first session, we’ll get to know each other while creating a personalized nutrition care plan. We will go over the reasons for visiting, your medical history, any diet concerns, food allergies, and medications. We’ll work on setting nutrition goals to develop healthier habits that are in alignment with your health targets. Together, we’ll create one or two actionable steps for you to focus on before your next visit. You'll have the space to ask questions and learn how dietary changes can improve your health. At the end, we'll recap key points and I'll share them with you through the Nourish app for easy reference.
