mom of 4 kids, 3 cats and 1 dog. I love to run and spend time outdoors. I have been a dietitian for 25 years and am passionate about helping others improve their lifestyle for their best health. I have had experience working as a dietitian in a hospital as well as in an outpatient setting. My passion is to help others and nourishing our bodies is the foundation to a healthy life.

During our first session together, we will spend time discussing your overall health goals for nutrition and lifestyle changes. I will learn more about your daily routine and normal nutrition habits. We will discuss goals on how to best achieve your best outcomes. We can meal plan and review options that best fit your lifestyle
