About Lucy
Hi, I'm Lucy, I started my journey in the field of kinesiology and worked as a personal trainer while undergoing my graduate degree in Nutritional Science. I have over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness field. I have experience with weight loss, type 2 diabetes, heart health, gut health, and women's health, specifically menopause.
Approach to care
I believe in a whole foods based balanced eating lifestyle. We will focus on nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress. It's never a one size fits all approach and I understand working around your lifestyle will help personalize your health journey around your schedule. We will work on small goals at a time to make steady progress.
Your first session with Lucy
The first session will be about getting to know you and your goals. I will go over your medical history, health history, and learn about your lifestyle. We will also complete a diet recall to know how you have currently been eating, and go over your physical activity goals. We will work together to improve your health journey.
