About Lucy
I am a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition and Physical Activity from Virginia Tech, where my dietetic training included clinical nutrition, food service management, diabetes management, corporate wellness, and community nutrition. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer, Spin Instructor, and F45 Coach with experience in conducting fitness assessments, creating individualized exercise programs, and coaching group fitness classes.
Approach to care
My approach as a dietitian is client-centered, evidence-based, and compassionate. I focus on delivering individualized results based on a client’s goals. My job is to provide professional guidance while helping to make meal planning easier. I believe in adding and including foods that represent a healthy lifestyle as well as a client’s culture and background. I have always been passionate about food and believe it should be celebrated and enjoyed!
Your first session with Lucy
Our first session is all about getting to know you—your experiences with food, your goals, and what feels challenging or supportive in your day-to-day life. This is a collaborative conversation where you will be encouraged to share what you are comfortable sharing. Together, we’ll begin building a foundation for a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food that fits your values, lifestyle, and needs.
