Hello, my name is Lucy, and I am a registered dietitian. Like many others, my journey into this profession began with my own health transformation. Through years of learning and reshaping my mindset around nutrition, I discovered a deep passion for food and wellbeing. Today, I’m grateful to share that passion with others and support them in achieving their personal health goals.
