About Luke
Nutrition and movement have shaped how I see health, and that perspective led me to earn an MS in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Washington State University. I bring one year of practice as a Registered Dietitian, with experience in both clinical hospital settings and community health programs. As an RD and ACSM EP-C, I combine science with practical steps, and outside of work you'll often find me running, cycling, doing something outdoors, or reading and writing.
Approach to care
My past and continuing education guides the recommendations I bring to the table, and compassion shapes how we use them. I practice behavior-focused care that centers the whole person. We'll translate research into clear, doable actions, while I teach the why behind each choice so you can make informed decisions. My style is warm and direct, focused on sustainable habits we can build together without judgment.
Your first session with Luke
Expect a warm, no-pressure conversation where we'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you have. We'll talk about your routines, frustrations, and what matters most to you, then work together to set a couple of short-term, achievable goals. You do not need to have everything figured out before our visit; we'll meet you where you are and leave with clear next steps that fit your life.
