Hi, I’m Luna. I earned my BS from the University of Connecticut and am a Registered Dietitian. I love meeting people where they are and helping food feel like a source of energy, comfort, and connection. In my work, I combine evidence-based guidance with warmth and listening so we can tailor plans to your life. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me biking, doing yoga, painting, traveling, or learning new languages and cuisines. I’m excited to learn your story and support you as we build healthier habits that fit you and your family.

I also educate you about how signals from your body, lab results, and meals connect so you can make informed decisions.

Your first session with Luna

Our first appointment is all about you. Think of it as a warm, collaborative conversation rather than an exam. We'll review your medical history, lab work if available, and your short-term goals, and we’ll dive into your relationship with food. You don’t need to have everything figured out yet; together we’ll outline 1-2 doable steps to start. We’ll talk about what has helped in the past and what hasn’t, in a non-judgmental space. You’ll leave with a clear sense of direction and feel supported as we tailor a plan to your life.
