About Lydia
If you're ready to nourish your body and take charge of your health, I'd love to partner with you! I am passionate about the areas of weight management, women's health (pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, menopause, and fertility), and plant-based and flexitarian eating patterns. My services include preventative nutrition counseling & Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for chronic disease.
Approach to care
My approach centers on food-as-medicine, using the power of nutrition to support your body's unique needs. Recommendations will always be science-backed & personalized to empower you to thrive and feel your best. For my weight management clients, I take a weight-neutral approach and help you move beyond the scale as the only measure of success.
Your first session with Lydia
