About Lydia
Hi there! My name is Lydia Hall. I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I graduated from Purdue University, and after growing up in Central Indiana, I now reside in Northeast Indiana. I currently work in the community, teaching classes around chronic disease management and take a weight-neutral approach with adult patients and community members. I am a new mama to a little girl and care deeply about raising children with a positive relationship with food and body image, knowing that starts with the adults and caretakers in their lives.
Approach to care
I practice from a Health at Every Size (HAES) perspective and and take a weight-inclusive approach. I recognize how your lifestyle factors and social determinants of health can affect your well-being and play into your nutrition choices and will meet you where you're at in providing gentle nutrition recommendations.
Your first session with Lydia
During our first session together, I'll ask you various questions about your food preferences, eating routine, lifestyle, daily activities, and your relationship with food. Getting to know you as a whole person will help me to make realistic recommendations and provide guidance that can make a difference for you.
