About Lydia
Hi there! I'm Lydia, I provide individualized, evidence-based nutrition counseling with a compassionate and practical approach. I work with clients to improve their relationship with food, support overall health, and build sustainable habits that fit into real life. I believe nutrition care should feel supportive and empowering, not restrictive, and I meet clients where they are, whether theyâre managing health concerns, navigating busy schedules, or simply looking for guidance without overwhelm.
Approach to care
My approach to care is client-centered, collaborative, and non-judgmental. Rather than focusing on rigid rules or quick fixes, I take the time to understand each clientâs lifestyle, stressors, preferences, and goals. Nutrition doesnât exist in a vacuum, so I consider the whole picture when creating recommendations. I use evidence-based guidance to help clients develop realistic strategies that support long-term health and consistency, while building confidence and autonomy along the way.
Your first session with Lydia
Your first session is an in-depth, conversation-based assessment designed to understand your health history, eating patterns, lifestyle, and goals. Weâll discuss any challenges youâre facing around food or nutrition and identify priorities together. By the end of the session, weâll establish clear focus areas and actionable next steps that feel achievable and supportive. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, informed, and confident moving forward.
