About Lydia

After 15 years as a Registered Dietitian and with an MS in Food Science & Human Nutrition from the University of Florida, my career has focused on health, wellness, performance, and longevity. My goal is for all patients to live a long life and to feel good doing it. I bring this science-first background to a warm, practical style of care here in Boulder, Colorado. You'll often find me hiking or cycling new trails with my Vizsla, Tulla, cooking nourishing meals, reading, traveling, or singing on my church's worship team. I enjoy music, fashion, design, and have a huge heart for service. I partner with patients to build realistic, sustainable habits so food supports living fully.

Approach to care

Science guides the recommendations I bring, compassion guides the conversation. I use evidence-based strategies to create clear, actionable steps while keeping our work judgment-free. We'll focus on sustainable habits that fit your life, not quick fixes or rigid rules. Together we'll consider the whole person, including sleep, stress, movement, and mindset, and I aim to teach the evidence behind each change so you feel confident making long-term choices. I’m direct when we need to be practical, and always supportive as we adjust the plan together.

Your first session with Lydia

Expect a relaxed, collaborative visit where we'll review lab work or biometrics (if you have them) and go over your medical history. We'll talk through what’s realistic for your day-to-day life, identify short-term goals, and leave with a couple of manageable steps to build momentum. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before you arrive. My goal is to create a practical, personalized plan that feels doable and sustainable, and to make sure you feel heard and supported every step of the way.
