About Lynda
I have been a registered dietitian nutritionist for over 25 years in both a hospital and clinical care. My passion lies in helping individuals and families discover personalized, realistic approaches to their nutrition goals. With over 25 years of experience as a nutritionist, I’ve supported clients across all stages of life—from pediatrics to adult care. My areas of expertise include type 1 and type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, obesity, cancer, blood disorders, growth concerns, and women’s health. I’m committed to providing practical, evidence-based guidance that empowers people to make informed, lasting changes that support their well-being.
Approach to care
I take a personalized, compassionate approach to nutrition counseling—meeting each client where they are in their health journey, without judgment or pressure. My goal is to help clients identify what matters most to them, and I tailor my recommendations to their unique needs, goals, and level of knowledge. Grounded in evidence-based practices, I provide the tools, education, and support needed to make lasting, sustainable changes. I believe that big results come from small, consistent steps. My focus is on nurturing a positive relationship with food—one that is free from guilt, restriction, or shame—so you feel empowered, confident, and in control of your health.
