About Lyndsay
I have had the privelege of working 14+ years as a Registered Dietitian. I have worked with various age groups and provided medical nutrition therapy for multiple chronic diseases. I have experience working in the long-term care setting, hospital setting including inpatient and outpatient, community nutrition, oncology, and cardiac rehab. I have provided nutrition education and counseling via in person and Telehealth. My main areas of expertise are diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, and weight management.
Approach to care
My focus is on each individual person and try to meet them where they are at on their nutrition journey. Everyone is unique in their own way and nutrition isn't a "one fits all" approach. I will learn more about you, your background, your lifestyle, and help you achieve your nutrition goals. I offer a guilt-free, no judgment zone.
Your first session with Lyndsay
Our first session will be a "getting to know you" session. We will dive deep into your background gathering information on health, history, lifestyle, goals and expectations. I will help you to set realistic, obtainable goals and schedule follow up sessions for accountability and to focus on your goals.
