About Lyndsay
Hey! I'm Lyndsay, a registered dietitian with over a year of experience in rural healthcare. I enjoy working with those pursuing an overall healthier lifestyle, those struggling to manage their Type 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes, or PCOS. I also love working with people wanting to lose weight in a healthy, sustainable way or those looking to maintain their current weight. I can personalize your macros and help with meal planning.
Approach to care
I am passionate about empowering individuals to improve their health through evidence-based nutrition strategies. I believe in meeting patients where they are, offering practical tools and education while creating a supportive space that prioritizes listening, goal setting, and accountability. I'm dedicated to helping others better understand how nutrition impacts their body and to supporting lasting, meaningful changes in their health journey.
Your first session with Lyndsay
During our first session, I will take time to get to know you more! I like to discuss your medical history, current lifestyle, and your short- and long-term goals of working together. I also think it's important to share a little bit about our lives outside of nutrition and find non-health related things that we have in common! We can set also set a few short-term goals in the first session.
