About Lynette
I have a variety of experience from the last 25 years as an RD. I believe my years of experience has taught me a lot about behavior modification and how to slowly implement changes to make a lasting impact. I have worked in critical care, heart health, diabetes, dialysis, home healthcare, fitness and pharmaceuticals.
Approach to care
My approach it to discover what you are currently doing and incorporate ideas and small changes over time so that they last. I may ask for food logs to analyze how you are currently eating and then review modifications based upon patterns to attempt to keep things easy. Sometimes small changes can make big impacts over time.
Your first session with Lynette
Expect to go through a series of questions and getting to know you and what your goals are. It makes me happy to be able to provide suggestions and ideas that maybe you haven't tried or hadn't thought of. Sometimes some follow up lab work may be needed to see how things are progressing, but nothing feels better than when the changes you are making can be seen in your labs or on the scale.
