About Macey
Fueling a busy family life with simple, balanced food is what energizes me. I hold a BS in Nutritional Sciences from Texas A&M and an MS in Nutritional Sciences from Texas Women's University, and as a Registered Dietitian with five years working in clinical hospital settings, I translate evidence into practical, everyday meals. As a new mom and wife who loves cooking, running, fun exercise, traveling, and a little shopping, I focus on solutions that fit real life. I especially enjoy supporting other new moms and anyone wanting a calmer, healthier relationship with food.
Approach to care
Food and health are never just numbers to me, they reflect the whole person. I lean on current evidence while meeting you with warmth and without judgment, so we'll build plans that are both science-based and sustainable. I prioritize weight-neutral, behavior-focused care that honors mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. We'll break goals into clear, actionable steps, learn from what works, and adjust as needed. I teach the why behind recommendations so you gain knowledge and confidence to make lasting changes together.
Your first session with Macey
Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where I review your nutrition and medical history and we'll look over lab work and biometrics if you bring them. We'll explore your relationship with food, what feels doable, and what's been frustrating. I will help you translate that into one or two short-term, practical goals that fit your life, so you leave with clear, manageable next steps. You don't need to have all the answers before we meet, just bring curiosity and we'll build from there.
