About Macie
I am a dietitian from Missouri with a passion for helping individuals achieve nutrition and fitness goals through researched and evidence-based practices. I'm dedicated to meeting you where you are and guiding you to where you want to be—no matter your starting point. I have previous experience serving a diverse range of patients, but I find my heart with weight loss. Beyond my profession, I love all things fitness, wellness, and self-care. I love spending time with friends, family, and my two doodles, Ivy and Charli. Whether you’re just starting your journey or looking to refine your goals, I'm here to provide the expertise, support, accountability, and motivation you need to succeed.

I use a whole-person approach, considering your current lifestyle, past experiences, unique needs, personal goals, and medical history. I strive to foster open, collaborative conversations to help identify motivations and build confidence to make meaningful changes. Together, we establish SMART goals to create a clear and actionable path forward. I firmly believe that small, consistent changes compound over time to create significant results. Life is a collection of habits, and I am determined to help you identify, refine, and tweak these habits to support your desired outcome while making your journey achievable, sustainable, and rewarding.
Your first session with Macie
During our first session, my goal is to create a low-stress, friendly environment where we can take the time to get to know each other. I want to understand your unique story, including your past medical history, previous nutrition experiences, and any challenges or barriers you’ve faced. We’ll discuss your current medications, supplements, sleep schedule, stress levels, lifestyle, work routines, current nutrition practices and fitness regimen, relationship with food, water intake, and any upcoming events that may impact your journey. This comprehensive conversation allows me to gain a full picture of your life and needs, helping me formulate a personalized plan that aligns with your goals.
