About Maddie
Hi, I'm Maddie. I have been a Registered Dietitian for about 1 year. I earned my degree from Carson-Newman University, where I learned that nutrition lives in people's daily routines, stories, and goals. In my work, I aim to be encouraging and practical, translating science into doable steps. I live in a small town in Tennessee with my husband, two sons, and dog. When I am not helping clients, I enjoy cooking, reading, solving puzzles, or squeezing in a quick workout. I look forward to meeting you!
Approach to care
I believe nutrition should feel supportive, not stressful. My goal is to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and confident in the choices they're making. I take a personalized, evidence-based approach and focus on realistic changes that fit into real life. Through compassionate, judgment-free counseling, I help clients build sustainable habits that support both their health and their relationship with food, so progress feels empowering and achievable, not overwhelming.
Your first session with Maddie
Our first appointment is a conversation built around you. We’ll discuss your current eating habits, daily routines, and what you’d like to change, while I help you set short-term goals. There’s no need to have everything figured out in advance; we’ll create a simple, doable plan together. I’ll support you with clear steps, resources, and accountability, and we’ll adjust as you learn what works for your body and schedule.
