About Madeline

Hi, I’m Madeline—a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition and several years of experience working in high-acuity hospital settings across the country. My clinical background includes specialized work in oncology, transplant, trauma, surgical, and med-surg units, where I built a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and medical nutrition therapy across a wide range of clinical conditions. While I valued the pace and complexity of inpatient care, I felt a deep desire to spend more meaningful time with clients—helping them understand their bodies, build sustainable habits, and feel empowered in their relationship with food. I’m Greek and Italian, and grew up surrounded by food at home and in my family’s Mediterranean food business. My own health journey and the care I received from dietitians and therapists who changed my life continue to fuel my passion for this work. I love helping people reconnect with food in a way that feels nourishing, joyful, & maintainable!

Approach to care

My approach is rooted in Integrative & Functional Medicine, with a strong emphasis on nutrition and lifestyle habits that support both physical and mental well-being. I meet clients where they are and collaborate to create realistic, individualized care plans. I truly believe food is medicine—and that healing begins when we take the time to understand each person’s unique story: culturally, emotionally, and physically.

Your first session with Madeline

In our first session, my goal is to get to know YOU—not just your medical history, but your lifestyle, your routines, your challenges, and what you truly want for your health. I’ll start by sharing a bit about my background and approach, and then I’ll invite you to walk me through your goals, your relationship with food, and where you feel you need the most support. We’ll talk openly about what’s worked for you in the past, what hasn’t, and what you hope to gain from working together. My style is warm, collaborative, and approachable — while I always maintain professionalism, I genuinely enjoy building real relationships with my clients. If we’re going to spend a lot of time working together, it’s important that you feel comfortable, supported, and heard. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear understanding of the plan we’ll create together & what our work will look like moving forward.
