About Madeline
Mady is a Registered Dietitian with a Master's in Nutrition and over three years of diverse experience providing Medical Nutrition Therapy to those with heart disease, kidney disease, diabetes, liver disease, obesity, and more. She promotes an educational, collaborative, supportive environment to help her clients feel confident and comfortable. She is committed to providing evidence-based care by staying up-to-date on current research. Whether you want to manage a chronic condition or develop a healthier relationship with food, Mady would love to help you reach your nutrition goals!

Mady takes a collaborative and holistic approach. She recognizes that nutritional needs are multifaceted and personal; therefore, she prioritizes learning about her clients to tailor recommendations to their specific needs, goals, and circumstances. Mady believes in sustainable and manageable changes, planning, and mindfulness to reach and maintain health goals. She aims to help her clients optimize their health, feel their best, and be confident in the ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle! Your first session with Madeline
The first session will be an introduction, all about you! We will discuss what your goals are and I will spend time learning about your health/medical history, eating habits, lifestyle, routine, and more by asking questions and having open discussions with you! This information will help tailor any recommendations as we work together on a plan that fits your lifestyle in sessions to come!

Mady enjoys baking, reading, watching mysteries and documentaries, outdoor activities, traveling, attending concerts and sporting events, and spending time with her family and two doggies (aka fur babies) - Hunny and Bea!
