About Madeline

Hi there, I’m Madeline, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with 8 years of experience in nutrition counseling. My method blends science-based recommendations with intuitive eating principles. I specialize in blood sugar management, improving cholesterol levels, emotional eating and developing a healthy relationship with food. My Italian roots have instilled in me a deep love of cooking, and I'm excited to share plenty of ideas with you!

Approach to care

My non-diet approach involves prioritizing enjoyment and allowing all foods to fit into our plan. While I offer information and suggestions of ways to apply recommendations, you will ultimately set the goals that best serve you.

Your first session with Madeline

In our initial session, I will prioritize getting to know you and understanding your goals. I’ll ask about your health history, current eating habits, and we’ll reflect on what has or hasn’t worked for you previously. We’ll discuss initial recommendations and develop a plan together that is both effective and achievable!
