About Madeline

Hi! I'm Maddie β€” a registered dietitian, F45 group fitness instructor, and major foodie who is passionate about helping my clients to cultivate intuitive relationships with food, movement, and their overall health. I have experience working in acute care nutrition based in NYC, as well as both inpatient and outpatient eating disorders. I’m deeply passionate about the power of food as fuel, the role of preventative nutrition in reducing chronic disease risk, and helping people reconnect with their bodies through nourishment and joyful movement.

I believe nutrition should feel supportive, not stressful. It should enhance and fit into your life rather than control it. My evidence-based clinical approach focuses on a client-centered and holistic view of health β€” empowering you to make positive and lasting lifestyle changes. I aim to foster a safe space where we can tackle the complexities of your relationship with food and define what optimizing your health means to you. We will collaborate to build an individualized care plan driven by you - because there is no "one-size-fits-all" when it comes to nutrition and health.

Your first session with me is all about laying the groundwork and getting to know you β€” your goals, habits/routines, symptoms, diet/exercise/medical history, food preferences, and your top priorities when it comes to nutrition. We’ll explore where you are today and craft a plan that supports your goals and aligns with your lifestyle β€” sprinkling in relevant education as we go. At the end of our session, you can expect to walk away with practical recommendations, actionable goals, and a follow-up plan with clear next steps that feel both approachable and deeply personalized.
