About Madeline

My interest in nutrition began with my own journey of learning to build a healthier relationship with food. That experience sparked a curiosity that eventually led me to earn my B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics and become a Registered Dietitian. I’ve spent the past six years working in clinical and community health settings, where I’ve had the opportunity to support individuals and families with a wide range of nutrition goals. My approach is practical, non-judgmental, and focused on helping people build sustainable habits rather than chasing perfection. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to find strategies that truly fit their routines and priorities. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me hiking, rock climbing, weight lifting, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I am looking forward to meeting with you and joining you on your health journey!

Expect a calm, judgment-free conversation where we'll explore your health history, lifestyle, and relationship with food. You don't need to have everything figured out beforehand. We'll talk about what matters to you, what has worked or not, and what goals feel realistic. I will share curated tips and simple action steps we can try together. My aim is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a plan that fits your life.
