About Madeline
Hi, I’m Madeline — a registered dietitian who aims to make nutrition care feel like a breath of fresh air. With seven years of specialized experience in eating disorder recovery, pediatrics, mental health, and long-term care, I bring deep clinical expertise and a compassionate, patient-centered approach. I take the care I provide personally — each patient deserves space to be heard, guidance from a knowledgeable provider, and to be an active partner in the process. Healthcare shouldn’t happen to you — it should happen for you.
Approach to care
My style is warm, human, gender-affirming, neurodivergent-friendly, and infused with humor and connection. I help clients untangle confusing nutrition guidance and create practical, individualized strategies grounded in Health at Every Size (HAES) and intuitive eating. I recognize that nutrition isn’t just about the choices on your plate — it’s shaped by your lived experiences, culture, environment, identity, and the psychological patterns that influence how you relate to food and your body. I’m FBT-trained and work closely with families to support adolescents navigating eating concerns, helping everyone feel more grounded, supported, and on the same team. In individual sessions, I integrate DBT and RO-DBT techniques to build flexibility, emotional regulation, and practical skills. Together, we focus on building habits that help you feel stronger, more energized, and confident — whether keeping up with your kids, climbing a mountain, or feeling comfortable in the heat of summer
Your first session with Madeline
Our first 55-minute virtual session is designed to feel grounding — like taking a long exhale. We’ll explore what brings you here, what’s been getting in the way, and how you learn best. You’ll leave with direction, a starting point that makes sense for you, and a clear answer to that “okay… but what am I going to do about this?” feeling. Together, we’ll create a flexible roadmap based on your strengths, your preferences, and your pace. My hope is that you log off feeling hopeful, cared for, and confident that you have a skilled partner beside you — cheering, laughing, and celebrating every step forward.

Hobbies
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me with a paintbrush in hand, a book in my lap, or a guitar strumming in the background. I love spending time in my garden, exploring trails with my pittie, and soaking up adventures with my wife and our lively 2-year-old. Writing helps me process the world, and creating — whether on canvas, paper, or in the soil — brings me joy and balance. Life outside of work fuels my curiosity, creativity, and sense of wonder, and I love bringing that same energy and playfulness into my sessions with clients.
