About Madeline

Hello, I'm Madeline (or Maddie)! I have been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for two years. My approach to nutrition is very individualistic and not a one size fits all approach. I firmly believe that everyone's needs are different based on many different lifestyle and personal factors. I would describe my approach as holistic but also research based. I work closely with my patients to find what is optimal and sustainable for them with their diet and lifestyle!

Approach to care

My approach is very friendly, welcoming and making sure our sessions feel like a safe and comfortable space. It is very important to me that I understand my patients day to day life and their non-negotiables. For example, what is your daily schedule like? What works for you? What doesn't work for you? In order to find success we have to find the right balance and that looks different for everyone. In my approach I dive into lab results if they are available and make sure that the lab ranges are not just "normal" but optimal.

Your first session with Madeline

In our first session, we will start by getting to know each other and work towards creating personalized goals. We will review your health history, diet and lifestyle habits and any obstacles. At the end of the session we will recap everything we went over and make sure the goals we have created are sustainable and work well for you. This is your session so we will tailor it towards your lifestyle to make sure that our session is productive and creates long-term success!
