About Madeline
Hi, I'm Madeline (or Maddie)! I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping people find a nutrition approach that truly works for them. I donât believe in a one-size-fits-all methodâeveryoneâs needs are unique, shaped by their lifestyle, health, and personal goals. My approach is holistic yet deeply rooted in research, with a strong focus on metabolic health, longevity, and creating better tomorrows. I love working closely with my clients to build sustainable nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support their well-being now and in the future!
Approach to care
My approach is warm, welcoming, and focused on creating a safe, comfortable space for our sessions. Itâs important to me that I truly understand your daily life and non-negotiablesâwhat your schedule looks like, what works for you, and what doesnât. Finding the right balance is key to long-term success, and that balance looks different for everyone. I also emphasize food freedom, helping you build a positive relationship with food while enjoying your health and wellness journey. Meaningful movement is another important pieceâfinding ways to move that feel good and fit into your lifestyle. When available, I take a deep dive into lab results, ensuring that weâre not just aiming for ânormalâ ranges, but truly optimal health.
Your first session with Madeline
Our first session is all about getting to know youâyour health history, daily habits, lifestyle, and any challenges you may be facing. Together, weâll create personalized, realistic goals that align with your needs and long-term well-being. Throughout our conversation, weâll explore whatâs working, whatâs not, and how we can build a sustainable approach that fits seamlessly into your life. Before we wrap up, weâll review everything weâve discussed and ensure that the strategies weâve developed feel achievable and empowering. This session is entirely tailored to you, setting the foundation for lasting success
