About Madelyn
Madelyn Jurish is a licensed Registered Dietitian who earned a Master of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Columbia University. Her training focused on the science of nutrition, metabolism, and the role of movement and muscle in overall health. She combines evidence-based nutrition with a compassionate, realistic approach to support long-term well-being.
Approach to care
Madelyn takes a supportive, non-judgmental approach that prioritizes both physical health and a healthy relationship with food. She helps clients move away from restriction and toward sustainable habits that support energy, strength, and confidence. With a strong foundation in exercise physiology, she also supports muscle health through nutrition strategies that promote strength, function, and long-term metabolic health. Her work blends nutrition science with practical strategies that feel realistic and flexible, meeting clients where they are.
Your first session with Madelyn
In your first session, Madelyn will take time to understand your goals, health history, lifestyle, and past experiences with food. Together, youâll identify priorities and begin creating a plan that feels manageable and aligned with your needs. Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and focused on progressânot perfection.
