About Madison

As a registered dietitian, I’m dedicated to helping clients achieve better health through medical nutrition therapy and sustainable lifestyle changes that truly fit their everyday lives. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, compassion, and realism — because lasting progress comes from finding balance, not perfection.

Approach to care

I work closely with each client to understand their unique needs, medical history, and goals, creating individualized nutrition plans that support both short-term progress and long-term wellness. Whether managing a medical condition, improving energy and digestion, or simply learning to feel more confident with food, I focus on building habits that are achievable, enjoyable, and effective.

Your first session with Madison

Your first session is all about getting to know you - your health background, current habits, goals, and what a balanced life looks like in your world. My goal in this first meeting is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered - leaving with both clarity and confidence about your path forward. We’ll start with a comprehensive assessment that may include: 1. A detailed discussion of your medical history, labs, and medications 2. A review of your usual eating patterns, preferences, and lifestyle 3. Exploration of your goals and challenges around nutrition and wellbeing
