About Madison

Hi, I'm Madison, and I'm grateful you're here. I earned my MS in Clinical Dietetics and BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University, and I practice as a Registered Dietitian in New York City. In the past two years, I've worked across clinical hospital settings and private practice, which has helped me see how food connects to everyday life. I'm also proud to carry the CDN credential as part of my commitment to evidence-based care. When I'm not seeing patients, you can find me reading, cooking, or fitting in a workout.

Approach to care

My care philosophy centers on partnership, science, and lasting change. I practice with an evidence-based mindset, translating current nutrition science into practical steps that fit your life. I approach you with empathy and warmth, meeting you where you are and avoiding judgment. My aim is HAES-informed care that focuses on health behaviors and wellbeing rather than numbers on a scale. I believe in a holistic view that considers sleep, stress, movement, and your relationship with food. Education guides empowerment, so I'll help you understand the why behind recommendations and how choices accumulate into sustainable habits.

Your first session with Madison

Our first visit is a welcoming conversation built around you. We'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you've had, but more importantly we'll explore your relationship with food and what brings you here. There's no pressure to have everything figured out yet; we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we'll identify 1 or 2 practical goals that honor your daily life and set you up for small, steady steps. You'll leave with clarity, support, and a clear sense of the path we'll travel together.
