During your initial consultation, we'll discuss your health history, dietary habits, lifestyle, and any specific concerns you may have. This session is all about getting to know you and what you're hoping to achieve. We'll work together to identify realistic and achievable goals, and I'll answer any questions you have about nutrition and my approach. You can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment where we'll begin to develop a personalized plan tailored to your individual needs.
