Patient reviews

  • ā€œMadison is the best. She's incredibly non judgemental and really helped me to incorporate more fiber and fruits and vegetables into my diet. I'm an older millennial who got sucked into the low carb craze and she did a lot of work to help me move past that and make eating healthy less intimidating and helped me incorporate my cravings into a balanced plate. Highly recommend!ā€œ

About Madison

I’m Madison, a Registered Dietitian dedicated to helping you build a joyful, sustainable relationship with food through evidence-based, compassionate care. With a degree from Michigan State University and a background spanning long-term care and telehealth, I’ve learned to meet people where they are, prioritizing empowerment over restriction. My goal is to provide personalized guidance that fits the realities of your daily life, helping you find balance without the stress. Outside of our sessions, I stay grounded through hiking, snowboarding, and yoga, or traveling to experience the world through food—often with my Australian Shepherd, Arya, nearby.

Approach to care

My care philosophy blends evidence-based science with genuine warmth, rooted in the belief that lasting health is collaborative, sustainable, and tailored to the individual. I practice with a weight-neutral mindset, which means we move away from the scale to focus on a holistic view of well-being that honors sleep, stress, movement, and nourishment rather than quick fixes. By prioritizing a strong, non-judgmental relationship, I work to understand your unique challenges and empower you with the practical knowledge needed to make informed choices. Together, we’ll set clear, doable steps that incorporate your personal preferences, ensuring your path toward improved health is both realistic and enjoyable.

Your first session with Madison

Our first appointment is entirely about you. We’ll start by exploring your health history and relationship with food within a supportive, non-judgmental space. I want to understand what matters most to you: your lifestyle, your barriers, and what has or hasn’t worked in the past. Together, we’ll identify realistic, short-term goals and a sustainable approach tailored to your unique needs. While our sessions provide the clinical guidance and roadmap, the real transformation happens in the days between our appointments as you lean into the work and put these strategies into practice. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet. We’ll take it one step at a time.
