Patient reviews

  • β€œMadison is the best. She's incredibly non judgemental and really helped me to incorporate more fiber and fruits and vegetables into my diet. I'm an older millennial who got sucked into the low carb craze and she did a lot of work to help me move past that and make eating healthy less intimidating and helped me incorporate my cravings into a balanced plate. Highly recommend!β€œ

About Madison

Hi, I'm Madison, a Registered Dietitian dedicated to helping you build a joyful and sustainable relationship with food. I believe that true wellness comes from feeling empowered, not restricted. I provide personalized guidance to help you nourish your body, find balance, and live a healthier life. When I step away from my practice, I prioritize balance through my favorite outdoor activities, including hiking, swimming, paddleboarding, and snowboarding. I'm also an avid reader and traveler who loves experiencing the world through food. You might even catch a glimpse of my Australian Shepherd, Arya, who occasionally makes an appearance in the back of our virtual appointments!

Approach to care

My approach to nutrition counseling is rooted in the belief that lasting change comes from a collaborative and personalized approach. I prioritize building a strong relationship with each client, taking the time to truly understand their unique needs, goals, and challenges. I focus on empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills they need to make informed choices and develop sustainable healthy habits. I utilize evidence-based practices while also incorporating each client's individual preferences and background to create a realistic and enjoyable path towards improved health and well-being.
