About Madison

Hi! I’m Maddie, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) passionate about serving others through holistic health. Alongside my work as a dietitian, I am a Christian Life Coach (CLC) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), allowing me to support you in achieving whole-body wellness. This isn't just my profession—it's a calling. I completed over 1,200 hours of supervised practice across rehabilitation, collegiate and NFL sports teams, and community health. My professional experience includes university and telehealth settings, focusing on nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management. My journey to becoming a dietitian began with my own experiences managing childhood anxiety. Competitive cheerleading helped me find balance early on, and as I grew older, weightlifting became my mental and physical relief. This journey revealed the critical role of nutrition in supporting health and performance and sparked my passion for helping others build sustainable, meaningful habits.

My approach as a dietitian integrates evidence-based nutrition with a holistic perspective, guided by values that bring intention and purpose to how we nourish our bodies. I specialize in a faith-based approach, as the deeper meaning of life provides a foundation for understanding and caring for our bodies. My goal is to bring to light what truly drives you and walk with you as we create sustainable habits that support lasting growth. Together, we can laugh, get creative, and explore growth!

Your first session with Madison

In our first session, you can expect to feel comfortable and supported as we discuss we discuss you — your lifestyle, expectations, and areas you would like to grow in. We will explore the rhythms of whole-body wellness—nutrition, movement, rest, and renewing the mind. We'll work together to begin your Wellness & Growth Plan, guiding you into the first step toward sustainable, intentional habits. Nutrition is more than the foods we eat; it carries meaning and purpose, and I’m excited to explore that with you!
