About Madison
Hi everyone! I'm a registered dietitian with a strong background in community and public health. I believe nutrition should be practical and tailored to real life. I graduated from the University of Delaware where I earned a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and later completed my dietetic internship. After, I obtained a master’s degree in nutrition from Logan University, while working for Public Health. Much of my work has focused on supporting moms, children, and families by promoting health and nutrition through education, prevention, and improved access to nourishing foods. Furthermore, I support individuals managing elevated blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, and weight-related concerns. I am especially passionate about helping individuals and families eat well on a budget in ways that feel realistic, sustainable, and stress-free. I feel a deep sense of purpose in helping people feel healthy, empowered, and confident—so they can show up as the best version of themselves.
Approach to care
My approach to care is supportive and practical. I believe nutrition should feel empowering, and that small, sustainable changes can make a meaningful impact over time. As a provider, I believe it’s important to work closely with clients to understand their goals, barriers, health concerns, and day-to-day routines so nutrition recommendations feel realistic and achievable rather than restrictive or overwhelming. Instead of quick fixes or rigid plans, we work together to build habits that support long-term health and confidence around food. Above all, I believe meaningful change happens in a compassionate, judgement-free space where questions are welcomed, and care is personalized. Together, we will focus on small, achievable steps that support lasting health and help you feel like the best version of yourself.
Your first session with Madison
Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk through your health history, goals, concerns, and what your day-to-day life looks like so I can better understand what support will be most helpful for you. Together, we’ll identify your priorities and start building a plan that feels realistic and personalized. You can expect practical guidance, collaborative goal setting, and time for questions. By the end of the session, you will have manageable next steps, goals to work towards, and a better understanding of how nutrition can support your health in a way that fits your life.
