About Madison
My name is Madison and I am a Registered Dietitian, Chef, and Mom of two who is truly passionate about nutrition and food. I attended Johnson & Wales University where I graduated with a degree in culinary nutrition. I love being in the kitchen cooking with my family and making new recipes. I prefer to live an active lifestyle and enjoy at home workouts, walks outdoors, and hiking. I make a conscious effort to try to live by an intuitive eating and non-diet approach.
Approach to care
My goal with my care is to provide a platform for those that want to start their healing journey with their body, food and exercise. I wanted to create a place for those who have a desire to begin their journey to healing and it is my job to help you make those small adjustments over time to change your life for the better! I truly believe that there is no “one size fits all” and I am here to help create individualized nutrition plans based on your specific needs. My educational, professional and personal experiences have helped me create a space for all who are ready to start their journey to healing.
Your first session with Madison
In our initial session we will get to know each other and start to build the foundation for your journey. We will go through an assessment form together to better understand your goal for nutrition therapy, as well as for you to ask any questions! Then we will develop a plan for what you would like to do moving forward.
