About Madison

Hi! I’m a Registered Dietitian based in NYC and Long Island who helps people build sustainable nutrition habits that support long-term health. With my background as a fitness coach and degree in nutrition, I have a unique view on how nutrition and fitness are integrated together with impacting overall health. I have seen how common underfueling is and how it can negatively impact energy, performance, and overall well-being. I also understand how overwhelming the world of nutrition can be. I am passionate about helping people fuel their bodies adequately, build a healthy relationship with food, and create realistic habits that feel supportive, not restrictive, so they can feel stronger, more energized, and confident in their nutrition for the long-term. I can't wait to support you on your journey!

Approach to care

My approach to care is realistic, supportive, and evidence-based. I work with clients to create a balanced relationship with food, focusing on progress over perfection and sustainable habits that fit into real life. Whether you’re looking to improve energy, feel stronger, fuel workouts better, or move away from restrictive eating, my goal is to help you feel confident and nourished in a way that’s sustainable for the long-term. I believe nutrition should support your health and your life, not feel restrictive or overwhelming. I work with clients to build a strong foundation around balance and consistency, while honoring personal preferences, culture, and lifestyle. Together, we focus on creating realistic habits that improve energy, performance, and overall well-being, while also supporting a healthier relationship with food. My goal is to help you feel confident in your nutrition choices and empowered to maintain them long-term.

Your first session with Madison

Your first session is all about getting to know you! We’ll talk through your health history, lifestyle, goals, and current relationship with food in a supportive, judgment-free space. This is a time for you to share what’s working, what feels challenging, and what you’re hoping to change so that I can better understand your current habits. Together, we’ll identify 2-3 small goals to begin building a personalized plan that feels realistic and sustainable. You’ll leave with clear next steps, practical strategies, and a better understanding of how to fuel your body in a way that supports your long-term health. There’s no pressure to be perfect, just a focus on progress, consistency, and creating habits that fit into your life.
