About Mag

A Little About Me: Life gives back what you put into it—and I’m living proof. Born and raised in Egypt, my journey took me to Houston thanks to my parents’ vision for a better future. From a young age, I was drawn to the world of nutrition and movement, but like many, I followed the traditional corporate path first. Climbing the business ladder taught me one thing: I wasn’t truly living. Everything changed when I met a dietitian who showed me what was possible. Ten years later, I’ve built a career I love—helping others find sustainable, realistic ways to transform their health. Watching my clients build lifelong habits and confidence is why I do what I do. I'm here to be your personal cheerleader, accountability partner, and guide.

Approach to care

My approach to care: Let’s be real: fad diets don’t work. I know because I’ve tried most of them myself. Your journey is your own, and I’ll meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re a time-strapped professional, an overwhelmed parent, or someone just beginning their wellness path. I believe in building habits, not restrictions. If you give me 100, I’ll give you 1000. We’ll work together to create a practical, empowering approach to your nutrition and lifestyle that you can actually stick with. Ask me about my 3-6-9 method—it's a game-changer.

Your first session with Mag

What to Expect in Your First Session: We'll start with a conversation—because nutrition is personal, and often emotional. I’ll get a sense of your current eating patterns (a food diary helps! Just a week or so) so we can make informed, realistic changes. Bring any recent lab work if you have it—it helps us take a deeper look at your health. I always say: dietitians are part-time therapists for a reason. Your story matters.
