About Maggie
Hi, I’m Maggie, a registered dietitian with a passion for helping you heal from the inside out. I have experience supporting individuals of all ages in a variety of clinical settings, with a focus on gastrointestinal (GI) nutrition. Through this work, I’ve seen how empowering it can be when you feel supported in your relationship with food and your health. Outside of my dietetics work, I teach hot yoga sculpt, reformer Pilates, and strength classes. I love helping people use movement as another pathway to feeling strong, grounded, and connected. I'm so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to support you on your wellness journey!

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive environment where the focus is entirely on understanding you and your nutrition needs. We’ll explore what brought you in, your current concerns, your goals, and any factors that may be influencing your overall health or relationship with food. Together, we’ll walk through thoughtful, relevant questions to build a clear picture of your needs and priorities. From there, we’ll begin outlining a personalized, realistic plan designed to support your wellbeing. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and confident about our next steps — with a clear sense of direction and a partner in your care moving forward.
