About Maggie
Maggie Shapiro is a busy mom of two (plus one energetic puppy!) who knows firsthand the juggle of carpools, kidsâ sports schedules, being active in the community, and making sure that everyone is well-fed. A Registered Dietitian since 2010, she has made it her mission to help individuals and families make healthy meals a priority, even when life feels non-stop. Maggie is passionate about giving her clients the practical skills and tools to live healthier, happier livesâwithout the stress or guilt. Whether sheâs cheering on the sidelines, planning a balanced meal, or guiding clients toward sustainable changes, Maggie brings energy, empathy, and expertise to everything she does.
Approach to care
Maggie realizes that every person is unique and that everyone of her clients benefits from individualized coaching. She will meet you wherever you are in your health journey and help you map out your route to improved health.
